Hello! I’m Dannielle, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and a Professional School Counselor. I completed my bachelor’s degree at Florida State University and my master’s degree at Florida A&M University. I have a strong spiritual faith that I lean on to keep me grounded throughout each season of life. I love quotes, arts and crafts, traveling, watching movies, and eating chocolate. I enjoy getting to know my clients and seeing them evolve. I want to help empower you with the key to uncovering true peace, joy, and hope.

Individual Therapy
Individual Therapy aims to help you thrive in the ways you have envisioned for yourself. It can be hard to attain joy and peace daily when you are overwhelmed with uncomfortable feelings – but you can feel better. Whether your struggles are past traumas, distressing relationship issues, anxiety, depression, difficult life transitions, or other mental health difficulties, individual therapy can help.
A treatment plan is created based on your goals and needs. We work hand in hand to identify what’s holding you back and use evidence-based interventions to help you overcome the blocks in your way.
Single Session Solution-Focused Therapy
Single Session Solution-Focused Therapy allows you to meet with a therapist without the wait. The session would focus on your strengths and skills, then help you identify and practice things you can do now to cope.
Examples of situations in which a Single Session Solution-Focused Therapy would be appropriate are the loss of a job or loved one, relational/marital dispute, and illness diagnosis. The goal is for you to leave the session with a plan and new resources to help you move forward.
Faith/Christian-Based Therapy
Faith/Christian-Based Therapy is a mental health treatment filtered through the standard of God’s Word. Biblical principles and evidence-based treatments are used to support and encourage you as you develop new skills and explore options for dealing with current challenges. Scripture, prayer, faith-focused themes, and homework are based on a biblical lens to help reinforce healthy mental and emotional habits.
